These items are listed separately so we can better meet the needs of our guests and keep our food costs down. Food will be priced according to the items you select.

Catering Charge: $3.00 per person
This provides delivery, set-up, serving, clean up, table linens for food and beverage table, serving pieces, and decorations for the food table.

Additional Services Available:

$10.00 minimum: Decorations for guest tables
$25.00 minimum: Table linens and decorations for miscellaneous tables, i.e. gift table.
Priced per piece-cost of tables and other equipment not covered under catering.
$25.00 per hour for each if needed-carvers, servers, buss staff, dish washers.

Non-staffed Food Only Events

$35.00 minimum: delivery and set-up pricing available upon request. Price will vary depending on distance and set-up time involved. Clients are responsible for left over food disposal and rinsing of serving pieces before your scheduled pick-up.

Contract Terms

Deposit
Deposit will be 50% of the total cost of your event, non-refundable.
Your deposit reserves the date of your function on my calendar.

Final Payment
Two days prior to the scheduled event your remaining balance is due.

Holidays
Events scheduled on holidays will require a 75% deposit, non-refundable.

State and local sales tax will be added to your final bill.
Gratuity we leave up to you.
